We equip Muslim students with the opportunities and networks to build careers rooted in faith, excellence, and service.
We envision a world where every Muslim has the opportunity to fulfil their potential, unlock their dream career, and help build a more ethical society for all.
Excellence, as a form of devotion.
The word Ihsaan means excellence, striving for the highest standard in everything we do as a form of devotion to God. We work across universities in the UK and Ireland.

Ask us anythingWhat is IHSAAN?
IHSAAN was founded with a simple but powerful belief: every Muslim student deserves equal access to the mentorship, networks and opportunities needed to build a meaningful career. The word Ihsaan means excellence, striving for the highest standard in everything we do as a form of devotion to God. We work across universities in the UK and Ireland.
Who can get involved?
Everyone. Students can join our career conferences, hackathons and internship programme; professionals can volunteer or become mentors; and organisations can partner with us.
Are your resources free?
Yes. All our Career Guides are free to access. New guides are released regularly and shared across our social channels.
Where does IHSAAN run its programmes?
Across the UK and Ireland. Career conferences are held at universities and venues nationwide, and our hackathons have run in Manchester and Dublin.
How can my organisation partner with IHSAAN?
Partnership routes include sponsoring or hosting a career conference, providing mentors through our mentorship programmes, sharing internships and graduate roles with our community, and co-delivering workshops, panels or skills sessions.
